i dont have too much trouble getting into my lucid dreams.
but when i get into them. i get a really harsh feeling that causes me a great deal of fear and pain.
i can only relate it to back in the day when i did lots of lsd. its that fear of the unknown, in away.
it happends every single time i start a LD.

anyone know of a way i can change this pattern?
