i havent read them but yesterday i just got Teach Yourself to Dream and The Secret Language of dreams ($8 for both) by David Fontana on amazon. Theyre pretty good so far, they are like EWLD in full color with a lot of different activites, and A LOT of tips for dream interpretation.

I enjoyed The Art of Dreaming. It is easy to read and is less than 10 bucks, so give it a shot.

I have just finished The art of dreaming, and while it started out fairly interesting. I soon realised that it was the biggest pile of bullshit that I have ever read. No more Castaneda books for me

Concious Mind, Sleeping Brain: Perspectives on Lucid Dreaming edited by Jayne Gackenbach and Stephen LaBerge

It has about 19 chapters and almost each one was written by a different psychologist or lucid dream researcher. It looks at lucid dreaming through a lot of perspectives ranging from scientific to therapeutic and spiritual.

It's kind of an old book (1988) I actually got it from my university's library. I dont know where else you could find it but if you stumble across it I reccomend checking it out.
