I've had spontanious LD's since I was about five years old. I never understood much about them or knew what it was possible to do in LD's. I didn't even know that they were called Lucid Dreams because I had no idea that they were something that happened to everyone.

It was about 7 years ago that I heard them mentioned on a movie (can't remember which one), I realised that there were probably more people who could do this, and I looked into it. My mum told me that she had LD's as well, she told me that you can do whatever you want in these dreams, but I didn't really think that this included flying and materialising anything out of thin air though. I've had less and less spontanious LD's since I found out more about them .
