Since being in college now, my natural dreams have become very long. It's like my mind is warping time now...

Let me explain. My recall has gotten very good, I'm usually around 3-4 dreams a day. This comes with me setting an alarm at 6, waking up, going back to sleep, having a dream, and waking up after it, going back to sleep, and repeating.

Lately though my dreams have started to become very long. Today I woke up to my cell phone vibrating at 6:04, I go back to sleep, have a dream, wake up at 7:30. I go back to sleep, have a very long dream, one that seemed like a whole day went by - I wake up it's 8:15. Fall back asleep, have another very long dream, atleast a day span, wake up - it's 8:40! One final dream that seems like a few hours - 8:55 and I'm up feeling so refreshed thanks to my mind making my physical body think it's been asleep longer than it really has.

      I hope this continues

      Just thought I'd share.

That's great. Stephen Laberge said in his book that the REM cycles get longer the longer you've been asleep (he said they're usually up to an hour long - but dreams always have that way of distorting time, don't they).

But anyway, I hope it goes well
