Does any one else sometimes feel their real body while LDing. A few weeks ago I did a MILD and had a LD, the only problem was I could feel my bed and felt like I was lying down the whole time. Kind of took the fun away from it

Anyone get this and know how to stop it?

Btw I've only experienced it once so it could just be one of those one-off experiences.

I sometimes get this right as I'm about to wake up. I've never felt my physical body during a stable dream.

In my last lucid dream I actually opened my real eyes and closed them quickly. I went back into the dream, but I did it again for some reason and woke up. It was weird. I'm sure it wasn't a false awaking.

I've had this expierence on several occasions. Usually it is right about as I am waking up but if I focus hard enough I can continue with the dream while still feeling my real life body. I've even been able to make small movements. Well, by "movements" I mean just ever so slight muscle twitches. If I move too much I can't get control back and wake up. It is a very interested expierence to feel and control both your real life body and a dream body. I like it in a wierd way.

Yeah, I get that all the time, and it's becoming really annoying. A lot of the time when I become lucid I get this sense of dual-consciousness, and it's as if I can see something else besides the dream. Usually this leads to either waking up or a false awakening, and in the latter case I lose lucidity.

i had an ld about 20 minutes ago (just woke up) and in waking life i had just fallen back to sleep (although it wasnt wild or anything, i just knew it was a dream when it started, no dreamsigns or anything), and i was about to spin when it felt like i was rolling around on my bed hitting stuff. I was thinking it might be because i had just fallen back to sleep, i could wake up easily, but then i spun because i knew it was really my mind playing tricks on me. I ended up spinning, staying in the dream for around 5 more minutes then having an FA. This isnt the first time ive felt it, i think its happened one or two times before. When you feel it just dismiss it as imaginary and youll be fine, unless of course you wake up a second after you dismiss it......
