      Okay. I have been at DV's for almost a year now... I just want to absolutely dive into lucid dreaming. Meditation, all techniques (excluding ones involving SP ), self hypnosis and even as a last resort, things like B6 and B12. What's a great way to get started on this? I need some articles on meditation and self hypnosis, and I have book marked a self development website (http://www.stevepavlina.com/). Could someone reccomend some good ways to get started?
      need to actually start like trying to LD i've pretty much started that now kinda.
