I find myself daydreaming ALL the time. About what I would dream about were I to go lucid, what I might say to my dream girl, etc... Just daydreaming.

I was just wondering: If one daydreams constantly, can it take away from your "sleep" dreams? As in, does daydreaming replace regular dreaming if done too often? I was thinking about trying to be in a meditative state for a whole day, in the hopes of increasing my recall and perhape clarity.
