I used to have a method called IILD imagination introduced lucid dream, ofcourse it didn't work as good as WBTB it helped me imagen myself having an LD well daydreaming about it, I think it's just another waste of time, but maybe it will be effective it can't hurt to try.

hmm... silvia hartmann sounds like a girls name to me.

I project myself outwards all the time during the day. Close my eyes, and imagine myself soaring through the stars, towards distant planets. So this is perfectly plausible IMO.

It doesn't sound like there's much of any substance in there:

"But the fact is that it is much easier to practice one's fantasizing to a level of perfect clarity and the MERGING of conscious and unconscious awareness into a SINGLE LUCIDLY AWARE TOTALITY SYSTEM whilst one is WIDE AWAKE, than it is to try and stay awake whilst you're fast asleep and dreaming."

I'll find my own SINGLE LUCIDLY AWARE TOTALITY SYSTEM without sending her any money, for sure!
The new evolutionary paradigm will give us the human traits of truth, of loyalty, of justice, of freedom. These will be the manifestations of the new evolution. And that is what we would hope to see from this. That would be nice.

Nikola Tesla was able to halucinate lifelike images and he found that his dreams were lucid, i.e. WILDs.

I know of this other guy who developed the ability to halucinate with his eyes open and he also had lucid dreams, i.e. WILDs.

Both these guys had problems because they could halucinate with their eyes open. They had great difficulty controlling the images. So I think practising with eyes closed would be safer .

Aha! But look no further, because Sythix made a tutorial on how to do that. It's quite cool. I'm guessing he's planning on making some super duper technique , here is Part 1 and Part 2.
