...That LDing techniques such as spinning achieve the same results for each person who can do it no matter how different they are and how something as ordinary as spinning on the spot would effect everyones subconcious mind in pretty much the same way. Sorry if I sound crazy maybe someone could explain the science behind it?
It says my lucid age is 10 years+ that's true but I still have recall issues

I do not want to discredit any workable technique. At the same time, I feel that it is just a confidence factor.
The techniques for achieving Lucidity may be more in tune within a physical and mental state of being. But in regards to spinning. I feel that if the majority of people said spinning will wake you up, the majority of people would use spinning of this reason.
      A conditioning process.

Yeah your right, that does seem like the most reasonable explanation for it. I use spinning to change the environment I'm in, if I wanna wake up I just... do it
Actually going on that confidence Factor theory wouldn't it be possible to map dream actions to actions you make with your (dream)body? Say you wanted to instantly fly into the air (which I believe some people have a problem with) maybe they could map it to them tapping their right foot twice! Almost how you set your own configuration for the controls of a video game! I might give this a test, thanks for the inspiration Howtzer!

You are welcome. Good luck. That sounds like a cool approach.

When I began to lucid dream there was the Idea that you could not say your name out loud without loosing your lucidity.
Having confidence in my level of lucidity at that time I quickly dismissed that rumor as I roared my name out loud in my next lucid dream.
How many others are still stuck believing different things?

I had a funny experience the first time I tried spinning. I had become bored in an LD, so I decided to try spinning, even though it meant losing the dream. I spun, and instead of ending up somewhere else, or increasing lucidity, I got dizzy and fell on the floor with the room spinning around me! I haven't read too much about how you're supposed to spin, though, so maybe I did something wrong. It made me laugh, but I'll try again. I never recovered from the dizziness, I slowly lost lucidity.
The new evolutionary paradigm will give us the human traits of truth, of loyalty, of justice, of freedom. These will be the manifestations of the new evolution. And that is what we would hope to see from this. That would be nice.

well, your not viewing your surroundings when you close your eyes and when you spin your expecting
things to change around you so they change.

Ummmm.. that's not true in my experience. Plenty of different people experience different effects from trying out spinning, according to the forums on this website.
