Oh, I meant "programming in your dreams." Yeah, that would be awesome. Since lucid dreaming deals with your conscious mind, self-hypnosis might be a better method for training the subconscious as per your example. However, lucid dreaming might provide a bridge between the two states like hypnosis. After all, even in an LD, you don't have to exert conscious control over anything in the dream; things just happen by themselves unless you choose to control them. Assuming that's the case, programming your brain might not be so difficult in an LD. |
