I succeded many time by just sleeping 6 h, being awake 15 min, and then some simple affirmations before I fall asleep again. Just tell your self that it is easy to LD, and that you will realise itīs a dream, and that you will do a RC.

You will have an LD some day. If you get to frustrated, just donīt bother about trying. take a break, and get back into it when you fel like it.

dang a year! I would be way too impatient for that lol

I read up on WILD and MILD, I was thinking about using the WILD technique but everytime I set my alarm to 5:00 am I just turn around and shut it off then go back to sleep lol. I'm interested in the WBTB technique if I could bother you for a good link
