Thats why it helps not thinking of them... Like one at a time. Just remember what you want to try the most and then work your way down from there. You'll have more than one lucid dream... A LOT more. |

Im kind of a noob when it comes to LD , do you ever get so excited when you think about all the possibilities that you can't sleep? What is the most excitibg thing you have done in a dream? |

I haven't had one, at least that I can remember, but I know the first things I want to do would be the tasks of the month. Probably talk so some DCs, find my dream guide, *cough* other things |

Normally I go to bed anticipating an LD. If I lay off the booze, I have 2-3 very vivid dreams a night. And if I if I follow through on the "when you wake up around 3-4am, go get a drink, take a wiz, etc" then after that is when I most likely become lucid. |

Only the cinders remain as another night becomes a yesterday...
If you're in an LD, try NOT to get excited. I find that most often if I realise I'm dreaming, if I get massivly excited and start shouting and rejoicing, the the dream ends and I wake up. My best LD was when I stayed really calm and slowly reshaped everything in the dream. |

You know, four years into lucid dreaming, the possibilities still excite me. Admittedly when I have a dry spell I'll grow tied of it all, but there's so much that can be done that I always come back. |
