      once you become lucid do you have a lucid dream every night or just some?

      Depends on how good you are and your level of talent... probably no... almost definately not your first time... but who's to stay... Everyone is different... some people can do it mostly every night... ( Onieronaut) most have them every so often... But there are more advantages to the practice than just becoming lucid...

      Well... like everything... practice makes perfect... though, as I said, there are benefits besides LDing...

      1. Improving your dream recall... you don't necessarily have to be lucid to enjoy a fantastic dream.
      2. Improved visualization skills (If you try to as part of your LDing method)
      3. Increased knowledge on what happens to your body during sleep.
      4. The chance to talk with experts, that just come here to help people.
      5. Not to mention, the retards that post 24/7 with mindless banter in "the lounge" (I myself being one of them.)
