ok im not sure if i was fully in sleep paralysis or not, but i was jsut trying to get to bed one time and i started using a method to induce a WILD.

at around breath 190 my limbs went numb, heart started to beat like mad, and my eyes stARted to twitch. i got REALLY scared and wanted to move but i told myself it would be worth it... it didnt hurt but i was really uncomfortable for about a minute. then it ended and i was totally numb and i got to breath 400 and no sleep so i moved and it felt really cool...

That's happened to me before. I got all the symptoms of someone about to enter the dream state and all of a sudden I was completely conscious. I can't explain it.

Hmm, I tried a WILD once but actually didnt time my breaths. Perhaps I will try this tonight. My experiences with SP have not been induced, rather, when I awaken from a scary dream it sometimes takes me 15 seconds to exit from SP.

My only concern is moving, must you remain completely still at all times?

yes, although, when i got numb after about 190 breaths i started to make like 5 times my usual amount of spit and had to actually swallow about 5 times until 400 breaths...

you can feel your body become less numb slightly but then it goes right back...

also, when i got to 400 and decided to move instead of keep trying to sleep i rolled to my side but then instantly everything went numb again and it took a while for the numbness to leave... pretty cool

      WILD tutorial

Just click and read that tutorial above, it should help you. And remember, it might not happen in just one night, it takes practice and patience. The key is to stay relaxed, and to just empty your thoughts. I'm still trying myself, so just be patient, and by the time you know it, you might just end up in a lucid dream.
