So im prettttty new to of all this...IM me if u wanna chat

Just try to remember any dreams that you have and record them, by writing them down or by voice recorder. It helps if you can remember any details, then try to think back from to what you were doing right before that, etc. I naturally wake up several times per night, and I write down whatever I was just dreaming about and anything else I can remember. You don't need to wake up every ninety minutes; however, it does help to wake up at least once or twice, preferably somewhat later in the night as you will dream with increasing frequency as the night goes on. You have to figure out what works best for you: drink a lot of water, set your alarm an hour early, or whatever you can think of to wake yourself up occasionally.

Dream recall is important both for recognizing dream signs, which you can use to tell yourself that you are dreaming, and so you don't forget any lucid dreams.

No thats just a methood, anyway waking yourself up every 90minutes is a little rediclous, if you want to be 90% sure to remember a dream set your alarm about 4hours and 20minutes into sleep, that should wake up during a decent REM cycle. I do that, alot of nights.
--I havnt had good Dreamrecall AT ALL the passed like 3weeks becuase i have been way overworking myself and not getting enough sleep.
-If i get at least 7 hours of sleep a night i remember about 3 dreams.
-I dreamjournal helps a ton, i quit trying to LD for like 6months, lost all Dream recall, when i started back up i just started doing a little MILD writing in my DJ and my dream recall came right back.
-BTW i returned from my laziness in january
