      Ok, I am having alittle trouble with lucid dreaming. Reality checks. Which reality checks are the best ones to go with? If its no trouble, could people reply to this and jot down there reality testing techniques? I'm alittle new to this...

      plug your nose and try to breathe in
      try to put your finger through your hand
      look at your hands (in dreams there usually different)
      hit yourself
      pinch yourself

      thats all i can think of

      I go with the blocking nose RC. It is quite failsafe, if you are in doubt try the clock RC. There were 2 times I did the nose RC in my dreams and almost became lucid, but not quite

      Don't let them get tedious, just think when you do them, think conciously and ask the question and look around to think if you could at all possibly be dreaming.
