I've tried WILD at night when I first go to bed, but if only half way worked because I lost patience. Today at lunch I tried it when I went home in accordance with a nap. I felt my legs become numb and It would've probably worked except that my alarm went off and I had to go back to work. I think it can be done, but it would just take longer and be a little harder. They say sleep 5-6 hrs then wake up and try, but I always get too sleepy and fall back asleep. There is no harm in trying like I did, but it takes more patience. Good luck. |
