I for one am very interested in this sort of study. I want to be able to control my thoughts; a very difficult task for me. I can focus, but only if I'm not doing ANYTHING else. For instance, if I'm trying to fall asleep or WILD, my mind wanders WAY too much, against my will it seems! ARG!
I'm willing to participate: I'll try these exercises tomorrow morning after I wake up, before my WILD exercise. I don't remember my dreams often, but in the dreams I DO remember I'm pretty average when it comes to focusing. Hopefully you study can help!
