You know, ya'll are really making this hard. If you want to stop eating junk food there are plenty of vegan substitutes, for those who can afford it, at the healthfood store. If the vegan thing is what you are worried over. IF it is just a matter of crave control or dieting, do what I do: just chew the product in question and spit it into a cup. What you crave is the oral sensation not the stuff in your guts. You'll also be grossed when you see the bulk of the stuff in the cup and you'll be glad it isn't in your guts. This reduces cravings also. Or watch one of those shows that show how this junk food is made. Nothing more gross than seeing all that sugar being processed.
You can always buy fresh ground peanut butter at the healthfood store. Doesn't taste as good as the sugary stuff from the store though.[/b]
