Are there any other techniques that are effective and don't require alot of concentration? I ask this because I have ADHD and it's hard for me to concentrate on the one thing I'm supposed to be concentrating on. I tried the deep breathing thing and I would count "breath-in, breath-out - 1" then 2, 3, 4...and so on. I started losing my concentration after about my 200th breath. But once I realized that I was loosing it I would quickly go back to deep breathing. So can someone help me find a technique that doesn't require alot of concentration?

Well, you might try getting really good with Dild. Though, my personal favorite technique is Dield.

I'm gonna try to do that DEILD thing. I just asked some questions there...hopefully I will get all my answers! The only thing I'm worried about is accidently opening my eyes after I wake up...
