Are there any other techniques that are effective and don't require alot of concentration? I ask this because I have ADHD and it's hard for me to concentrate on the one thing I'm supposed to be concentrating on. I tried the deep breathing thing and I would count "breath-in, breath-out - 1" then 2, 3, 4...and so on. I started losing my concentration after about my 200th breath. But once I realized that I was loosing it I would quickly go back to deep breathing. So can someone help me find a technique that doesn't require alot of concentration? |

I'm gonna try to do that DEILD thing. I just asked some questions there...hopefully I will get all my answers! The only thing I'm worried about is accidently opening my eyes after I wake up... |
