Hey guys, i've been trying various inducton techniques over the past few nights and not had much sucess, i realise they take practice and i'm willing to practice to improve on them, i have one question though, every night when i go to bed i have my ipod on playing through a playlist that lasts maybe 1-3 hours depending on how i feel that particular night, i listen to alot of relaxing music, some of it is ultra relaxation, some of it is calm music that wouldn't put you to sleep but keeps you occupied and gives you something to concentrate on, does listening decrease the chances of say a WILD or WBTB working? thanks |
