      Okay I was thinking:
      Maybe it could be possible to greatly increase the likelyhood of doing an RC in a Dream by thinking of things you experience in basically every Dream and do an RC uppon experiencing it. Things that you can experience in Waking life too.

      There are these frequent dream-experiences and themes like: Being at your former school/job, Flying, Loosing Hair...etc but they don't happen in basically every dream, only sometimes.
      But what experiences seem to Reoccur in every Dream or as good as every dream? What Sensations, Emotions, Situations, actions are Typical to experience in (practically) every Dream?

      I want to make a List of these Typical Dream-experiences. It basically consists of What is Typical in Dreams in general not just for specific dreams but for ALL dreams:

      * A rather ''Floating'', light as a feather-type of sensation in your (dream)body.
      * Surroundings looking hazy, foggy and unclear.
      * Emotions being unusually pronounced, impressive and strong.
      * Unusual Situations.
      * Unusual and unknown Locations.
      * Lack of Sound or at least a strange, unusual way of hearing Sound. Kinda ''muted'' most of the times.
      * People, known or unknown to you, Acting unusual.
      * Being chased
      * a Different Self-sence: How you percieve yourself. Usually more in a 3d person way, percieving yourself more like someone else would.
      * Changing Locations often, seemingly random and with no actual ''travel'' from one place to the other.
      * Constantly being on the Move: never sitting still or staying at one place for a long time.
      * Being naked in Public: not very common in Dreams, but VERY typical for Dreams. Happens sometimes.
      ...[/b]

      Okay this List isn't Finished yet. I made this Topic to expand this List: I would like to hear from you people some more Typical Dream-experiences, reoccuring in basically every Dream, that you can think of like those written in the list above. I will Update the List with your Suggestions.

      I seem to dream of bizarre machines or uses of machines quite often. I once dreamed I was on a freeway and all the trucks were sort of on stilts for some reason. I've often dreamt of driving through the halls of a building, up and down stairs. Lots of other weird machines show up regularly.

      Wow, you totally got down the list of "Effects of Drug Use" xD!

      I swear if I brought back what you wrote to one of my friends and didn't tell them that they were reading about LDing they'd totally say something like "So which drug does this the best?" =P

      oh, and I guess to be helpful:
      Having to go somewhere or travel or walk. Like, having a destination, or just walking around. ...so like just basic "travel either for a purpose or not".

      Yeah, however that is quite personal and Unique to you: Keep it in Mind and Associate wtnissing great machines with Dreaming: If you see any great machines in Waking Life you might want to do an RC.

      My personal Most common Dreamthemes are:
      Great Public Places with lots of people:
      -Themeparks with Rollercoasters and huge landscapes.
      -Bars/Dancefloors-Parties with lots of people.
      -Large , usually indoor, swimming pools with lots of Bizarre bright colored Slides.
      -Being in the precense of alot of my friends.

      Almost every dream I can remember lately involves one of these themes or more.

      Maybe it would be wise for me to do RCs when I find myself in great public places with lots of people in Waking Life such as:
      Malls
      Parks
      Downtown streets
      Parties
      Concerts
      ...etc

      And Armageddon: Why don't you write those Typical Dream-Sensations on a Sheat of paper along with other Dream-related things to make it strongly suggest that it's about some really profound psychedelic drug? If they are interrested in Psychedelic experiences and they ask you; ''Man what drug is this about?''

      Tell them it's the coolest Psychedelic ever that allows you to Walk and explore your Imaginative Dreamworld inside your own Mind for about 6 hours. When you have peaked their interrest tell them it is Dreams in which you are Lucid and all you need to do is set the Intention firmly in your Mind and keep the subject of Lucidity on your Mind: Maybe you can inspire some more people to get into Lucid Dreaming this way

      Okay Lucid Dreamer Folks: Keep those typical Dream-Sensations comming. I want to make a real long list. Hopefully with some Drea-sensations that are really a sort of Breakthrough-Lucidity trigger when you look out for them.

      I find that in a lot of my dreams, especially ones in which I'm an important character, that I can't stand in the one spot for more than a second. I want to stand still but my legs don't allow me to, I have to keep moving, wobbling about as if I'm intoxicated. A couple of my mates have mentioned similiar sensations and experiences to this in their dreams.

      How about being naked?

      and seeing psychedelic visuals in the sky.

      (and I'm not talking about that party I went to last weekend)

      This is a great idea SKA, this could definately help people recognise dreams, if you combine this with a certain level of awareness then you got yourself a lucid dream, are you releasing like a tutorial on recognising that your dreaming? Great idea though and would be good to work on, this could maybe boost peoples dream recall aswell. Nice one!

      Yeah. If we would become much more Familiar with themes, situations, perceptions and sensations of Dreams, we would be much more able to Recognise the Nature of our Surrounding Reality as a Dream- or Waking Life experience.
      I reckon that, if the List is more Complete and Refined, this Topic would make real Good Tutorial on how to Recognise the DreamState. First we'll expand the list and discuss Dream-experiences some more. But that sounds like a Tutorial that would be really usefull to alot of Lucid Dreamers. I think the List needs to be divvided into 3 sections: Dream-Experiences that happen ALOT and are very Common, Dream experiences that are Typical, but happen less often or rarely & Dream Experiences that are very personal and individual to Lucid Dreamers here.

      Very good one. Actually now that I think of it: I hardly ever stay still in dreams. WHEN I do it never lasts long. I'm indeed also constantly on the Move.

      I remember last night I dreamt lying in bed with an old Friend's girlfriend who is also my friend. We were lying there, sort of cuddly and more close than would have been proper. Felt a little guilty afterwards since I've got a girlfriend too! Muhahahaha! But I wasn't lying very still and it didn't last very long at all. Later that Dream I was sitting at a bar and there was a very strange party. But I cannot recall sitting there very long.

      Also I remember sitting down with friends and smoking a Joint: But indeed I never sat there for a long time. A friend went walking with his Joint and we walked with him to another spot to smoke it.

      Really good one. In waking Life I can sit or stgand in one spot for hours and relax: In dreams I never do this.
      I'm adding this one to the list since it seems Quite general for Dreaming to constantly be on the move and never actually settle in 1 place for a long time.

      Being naked in public indeed ONLY happens in Dreams and is a very Typical DreamScenario, however it is not a very common Dreamtheme. Not for me at least. It happens to me sometimes but very rarely. I'll add it to the list.
