You have to pay attention to the images, but not too intently. Kind of just watch them as you watch TV or something. You want to keep focusing on your breathing or whatever relaxation technique you are doing as well. |

I've never WILDed in my life. I've come to grips with the fact that I'm just not meant to. Try some other techniques - WILD is notoriously one of the most difficult induction techniques. Different techniques work better for different people, so if WILDing isn't happening for you, don't sweat it - just work on something else. |

SWIKITY YOU WERE RIGHT, last night it happened again and i had a false awakening but i caught it (the letters on my clock turned from red 6:30 to blue 2:37 and I HAD MY FIRST LUCID DREAM!!! |
