quick question of clarification about WILD

It seems like everyone I've ever heard talk about WILDs have them after having slept for 5-6 hours; is it possible to have them at will without having been sleeping before hand? Like, using some sort of relaxation technique to get your body really relaxed, and just going from there? I've tried to get this to work a couple times and no real luck...so i was just wondering, and what kind of success you all have had with it?

I have tried it too, but it doesn't seem to work for me. I can get as much as HI sometimes, but no SP. I guess I am not aware enough to maintain consciousness...

I did it one time, in the afternoon. I was very relaxed. I went through the normal WILD stages, but the dream world that materialized was so psychedelic and random that is was no fun at all, so I forced myself awake.

ive never gotten squat when trying that, it probably has something to do with your brain waves. i bet if you used a brain wave generator you could get better results. www.bwgen.com

Yeah Tim Where the Heck have you been all these months. But you know what? Tim has a habit of doing that. He would dissappear then try to slip back in undetected, knowing that no one is not going to miss that Gigantic Martian head from Mars Attack.. Bawhahahahaha!!! Welcome back bro!

Hey sorry i lost this thread for a while there, truth be told i was thinking about asking this question again on the "Beyond Dreaming" board but wasnt sure if i had posted it already, kind of ironic i guess...but as far as HI is concerned, is it something that is very strongly visual? Because i think i may have experienced it at a very low level, but it was black and white and i think it may have just been a figment of my imagination, of me wanting to see it...

Don't worry, that is good enough. Most of the times I don't get HI unless I start it myself. I imagine myself flying through the endless skies, and after a while, I am no longer in control of it, but am rather being carried away by it...
