      ADD(Attention Deficit Disorder) and Lucidity

While I might have a lot to say about diagnosis of ADD I'm not going to waste your time. Getting to the point, I think that the ability to concentrate is central to anyone's intelligence and at some point we all run up against our finite capacity here. I also think that increasing our ability to concentrate GREATLY enhances our intelligence and experience of life in almost every regard.

That being said, how has everyone experienced their concentration patterns changing since they started having lucid dreams.? Sometimes I've had them and felt even more flaky the next day. BUT, when I meditate in my LD's, my concentration the next day is amazing! It's almost as if I took an Adderall without any of the drawbacks. (I've taken it twice).

Could we please try and keep the posts on topic, and any deviations can be posted as a New Topic? Thanks for the feedback!

but i agree. to focus one's attention to specific things in an LD can yeild great personal control."

"Absolutely! I think we are facing our ability to concentrate most directly IN lucid dreams. The ability to enhance the vividness or participate in the dream is a result of our concentration and I only wake up upon losing this ability to concentrate and control."
