      B-6 advice?

      i purchased a bottle of b6
      100 pills 100mg a pill
      cost $4.99

      is there anything not to do? besides taking more than 1 a day

      also are there any good times to try and take them



      any other advice would be helpful

      100mg may be too much. You dont have much control over the dose...

      IMO the 25mg pills are the best...


      Dont take more then 2 per night. Make about 6 days break between attempts. (that is if you want to take them in the middle of the night to get a LD)
