The PERFECT song for Lucid dreams

I just discovered a song that describes lucid dreams exactly (without being intentional). It's pretty cool how amazingly in sync the song is with the whole lucid experience.

It's called "Pure Imagination" by Gene Wilder from the 1971 film Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. (also available in awesome remakes by Maroon 5 and Ford feat. Jori). It's really psychadelic and I think it would also be the perfect song to listen to when trying to prep for DILD or WILD hehe. Listen to it all!! The lyrics are pretty in line with LDs, especially a line that goes "anything you want to do it... want to change the world? there's nothing to it" heheh.

Also the song higher ( http://radioblogclub.com/open/91510/...7;20-%20Higher )by creed is all about lucid dreams, and how he would give it all away to see the world as he see's his lucid dreams.

But yeah I never relised that song does fit lucid dreaming pretty well.

Wow yeah that's awesome about Creed's "Higher", I heard it many times before but never realized that. Wikipedia says alot of people think its about heaven or drug-induced hallucinations—thats what alot of people say its about at SongMeanings.com—but Wikipedia then goes on to say that the vocalist actually did write it about LDs. Awesome. Too bad that wasn't widespread information so that more people could know the awesomeness of LDs.

Yeah I had heard this song many times before and I loved it, but never knew what it was about, and awhile ago I heard it was about lds, and was amazed, to bad people think it's about drugs, alot of the guys at songmeaning are wrong, or don't go inline with what I want a song to be about, usualy most people think a song is about relationships or drugs

Anything by Aphex Twin. Apparently he LD's that he's in his studio and makes some music and then wakes up and tries to make the EXACT same music that he made whilst LDing.

I wouldn't recommend you listened to his crazy braindance music whilst trying to LD, but he does some nice ambient soundscape stuff which would be very appropriate.

Although I find the Ocremix, Via quite relaxing aswell...

How can nightvision by Draft punk have anything to do with lucid dreaming, it's an intrumental as far as I know

I would mention Where Eagles Have Been by Wolfmother. I don't think it's an intentional link, but it works pretty well regardless.

I said Relaxing, not 'Lucid Dreaming' but then again that's kind of off topis isn't it. But have you heard NightVision? Most of Daft Punk's songs you just don't (Let alone can't) want to get to sleep to, that song is a One Off!
