Hi, what I'm about to say here may sound 'crazy' or 'warpish' to say the least but I have been pondering on and off about it. Which is The Real Mccoy? Dreams or the reality we live in. Just because the reality we live in states that we cannot do whatever we want like fly..etc. makes it the real one and that it is governed by logic and cause and effect? What if our minds by default is illogical/irrational (Scenes keep changing) and this 'dream' we have been living in is part of the coping process which is Y we spend more time living in it. I've been thinking out of curiousity that our dreams could be the real reality and this one.....the 'fake' one... |

Well IF dreams were the real reality, maybe things like death don't apply - they follow a different set of laws. That being said I don't think they are more real than waking life, but maybe just as real. |

I read a couple of books a good while back about cultures that percieve the dream world as the 'real world' and this one as a shadow or psuedo life. I wish I could remember the titles of those books. They were intersting. |

to quote a book, life is real as long as it lasts and the same goes for dreams. heres what I believe, I take my dreams for reality because I believe in the reality of my dreams, they really happened. it was real. the internal world isn't any less real then the external world. |
