naw that cant be. I was thinking about your post, and i thought it was possible for a second or two, but then i remembered dieing alot in my lucid dreams. If that were the real reality, then i would have been dead a long time ago lol

Well IF dreams were the real reality, maybe things like death don't apply - they follow a different set of laws. That being said I don't think they are more real than waking life, but maybe just as real.

If you think about it, everything goes in cycles: your day is like a mini lifetime, and sleep a mini death. So maybe when you die you enter a dream state for a while. And that in itself would just be a microcosm of an even larger cycle we don't understand . Alright end rant.

ouch. my head hurts lol

I read a couple of books a good while back about cultures that percieve the dream world as the 'real world' and this one as a shadow or psuedo life. I wish I could remember the titles of those books. They were intersting.

The logical part of me says that this is reality and our dreams are merely dreams. But there is some part of me that wonders if maybe it really is the other way around. I wouldn't be able to explain how that works because im just too lazy to sit and ponder it at length.

If i remember the names of those books i'll post em up here.

to quote a book, life is real as long as it lasts and the same goes for dreams. heres what I believe, I take my dreams for reality because I believe in the reality of my dreams, they really happened. it was real. the internal world isn't any less real then the external world.
