      Confused about WILD experience

Sorry if I'm just wasting your guy's time, or if someone else had posted about this, but spare me and my noobishness please !

A couple nights ago, I wasn't feeling so well so I went to take a nap at about seven pm. So then I woke up at around 2- 2:30, so I thought it was perfect to try a Wild, because I've tried them several times before will partial sucsess, but never getting to the dream.
So I got up and went to log onto the computer and read about lucid dreaming for awhile, then after around 45 minutes I laid back down. So after awhile I got relaxed and eventually what seemed like forever, felt a vibration and suddenly I saw really clear imagery. I was excited because this was the first time I clearly got to this point, but remembered to keep calm. So the first thing I saw was this vibrant, white snow. I remember moving it around and forming shape out of the snow on the ground without touching it. It seemed like forever untill I felt a quick little jolt of vibration, but was so glad I was almost to a lucid dream (I hadn't had one in over a year) So then I think to myself "Then I'll just wait for some more vibrations!" and eventually then came and for about the fourth vibration and really vivid imagery I got up and releized it was hopeless and tried to go back to sleep, but then I looked at the clock and it said 4:50!
So then in the morning I releized that I might have been dreaming, but I remember when it happened I was hot because of all the blankets on me and that I felt trapped in my body. I was sort of waiting for something to take me into my dream, or sleep paralysis. Can somebody be my hero and enlighten me?

I sort of think it was partly my fault because I probably wasn't reading the Wilding derections clear enough. But I hope one day I can acheive lucidity through WILDing, but you learn from your mistake, right? ( )

edit: I also tried many times while in the transition to fly into my dream with no prevailing sucsess
