      WILD problem

      hio last night i trayd WILD again. And i lay down and wait. (u know the rest of it).. but this time i stated dreaming (i think)It start to come upp really long part of "movies" but i couldent enter them could it haw bin long HI?
      When can i enter the dreames? do i have to wait to the first REM?
      And haw long do that take?

      That must have been in fact HI. I suggest you don't try to focus on entering the dream, but rather on getting carried away by the imagery and letting loose the waking world, This will take you to Sleep Paralysis. When you reach this step is when you can focus on entering the dream world...
