I just realized something, again at 4:30 am! Everyone is different in the way they learn!
Visual, auditory, read/write/ kinesthetic...
The point is that there is :
Visual:
Step 5 of Mild =
5. Lie down and drift back to sleep. Imagine that you are back in the dream that you just had. This time, however, imagine that you saw a dreamsign in your dream and recognized it. As you fall asleep keep visualizing yourself in your dream, recognizing your dreamsign, and realizing that you are in a dream. (Note: try not to let your mind wonder on this step as well as step 3) [/b]
VILD ( Visually Incubated Lucid Dream )
Auditory:
AILD ( Not documented?)
Read/Write :
WrILD(Writing Induced Lucid Dream - Is this not documented either?)
Kinesthetic:
FAT (Focused Induced? or Finger Induced?)
-----------------------------------------------------
I think we should work on a written version of an AILD and a WrILD. If no one else is going to then maybe I will take it upon myself to do it. If WrILD only works when you are talking with someone else, maybe we can build an AIM(AOL INSTANT MESSANGER) Response Bot~!
Any thoughts??
I think there is something to the WrILDs. I have noticed a few times that I dream about things I talked about with some of my friends online...
the point is that everyone learns differently and we should find out what works for us personally, in a positive manner, but testing the main 4 ways of learning. Maybe it would make it easier for an auditory person to lucid from AILDs and a Visual person to do VILDs or WILDs? Make Sense? It's pretty logical
Sincerely,
Ezekiel
