I can't really pick one because sometimes I go into the dream lucid and other times I just suddenly realize I'm dreaming. Most of the time, though, I guess I just go into the dream lucid. As soon as I open my eyes there, the first thing I usually do is look down at myself.

No im just kidding, but I dont know what to do really. Im not trying SUPER hard to have lucid dreams, so I know its not because I try TOO hard, but also, what is there to try??? Theres all this talk of reality checks and dreamsigns and crap like that, but MOST of it doesnt really work, or atleast not without months of practice. Just think about it, after I find my dreamsign, (which I have, a few of them actually), what do I do? My dreamsign isnt anything that I normally do on a daily bases in waking life, so its not like I can do a reality check every time I see it/do it. So great, I have a dreamsign, but how am i supposed to program my mind to recognize it???

Ive only had two lucid dreams so far, which is VERY good for me and im not complaining at all because ive only been trying about 2 weeks now. But one was a WILD and the other was very, very wierd, but pretty much an unexpected WILD. So now im beginning to think WILD's are the best way to go, but people say the contrary, that there actually harder.

      Whatever

But that's exactly what's written in this book ! So, there are obviously a few people with the gift of lucid dreams since childhood, but for the rest of us it will probably need months of training !

Look at my results, as an example:

      August - 1 DILD
      September - 0 LD
      October - 7 DILD + 1 WILD
      Sleep well and prosper.
