Unhappy I tried inducing SP but..

I tried a SP technique (lie still in your bed etc etc.) and after some time, which felt like an hour, I lost the feeling of my body.. I continued for about 10 minutes but then I gave up because my feet started to feel restless.

When I moved my body, I wasn't frozen, only my arms and legs were little heavy. How long should I resist from moving?

Ps. I was lying on my back, and that's the position I cannot fall asleep.

It helps if you use the WBTB (wake-back-to-bed) method, because right before sleep will take you forever to get SP. So wake up in the middle of the night and try, and it helps if you drink a coke or something. I assume you are trying to WILD? (wake-induced-lucid-dream)

Oh, I forgot to say that I try this before going to sleep, at night.. But I always forget to try it at morning.

But could it still be done right before sleep?

Doesn't have to be in the morening, althought that works better than before goin to sleep.

I dunno. It varies, and it has so many variables, like how long you slept, how tired you are etc. But ballpark not more than 45 mins. But I don't really have a sense of time when I do it...sorry.

Ok. I actually tried to SP using the reverse blinking method but I was too impatient that night. I have to try it again.. Must be patient.
