Did you consider the possibility these were false awakenings, and you lost sense of time due to the disjoint nature of the experiences? |

1. Yes it is normal for your mind to have a hard time staying on track. You might of been focusing to hard on 1 specific thing or not hard enough. Note if you do the WBTB method you may toss and turn a bit until you get into a comfortable position. It is normal what you were experiencing. |

Ok, thanks for the answeres guy. And about them being false awakenings, Yes im sure they werent, Becuase i was sleeping on my left side for most of the time, and every time i opened my eyes i was sure to check on my cat who sleep next to me every night, and he was in the exact same position. every time, and i doubt it would be like that in a FA |
