      Im afaird to LD...

      The only thing Im afaird of is talking in my sleep...I have never been known to talk in my sleep with normal dreams. But when I become lucid I can talk in my dreams. Im afaird that if I talk in my dreams then Ill accualy say something in reallife.

      Oh and I think I found my best technique which is WBTB but the only thing I have trouble with is when Im supposed to feel like im about to fall asleep. I feel tired and then Im waiting to have that moment when im about to fall asleep and then I dont feel it then I fall asleep then I have a dream then I wake up saying "CRAP! I forgot to move my fingers..." Any suggestions with this?

      I feel the exact same thing. Except in place of fear, I have eager anticipation. In my lucid dreams, I plan to yell at everyone how I am God. I'd love to confuse and frighten my family by inadvertently yelling this in real life.

      its weird how some people are afraid of LDing its 100% safe there is nothing to worry about at all, maybe if ur a sleepwalker that could be a different story.

      This isnt gonna stop me from trying to LD. Im just afaird that if I ever meet my DG and talk about something personal to them then I might accualy say it outloud then my parents might know...

      Yeah but if I meet some hot girl in my sleep while I'm lucid and then make them have sex with me I don't want to be saying anything outloud there...that would make me really embaressed.
