*New* What kind of experience was this??? Plz Help

Hey, I just stumbled across this site, and I am very happy.. I have always been able to be in my dream and know its a dream, and tell myself to pinch myself and i do it... but i never thought it was anything more than just some weird coincedence, that i could do that... Anyways, I was having a dream, and let me cut right to it.. Howard Stern busted into my house and killed everyone in my family, then my dog... Then came for me, and i was running from him, he shot me right in back of neck, then i suddenly woke up and i had a sharp neck cramp/pain right where he would of shot me.... What the hell is this?? How can this be explained?? Please help, thanks... Also ill have a dream where my hand gets cut off, and i wake up and my hand is so asleep you can't feel it or move it.. thanks for all the help, my msn is [email protected] aim bobmanh2o plz contact me to help me with this stuff, its kind of new to me, thanks again!!

The most common thing people say is that you hurt yourself and then it translate into the dream. So say you lay on your hand so it falls asleep or your head is in a weird position and it hurts you neck. Well some times you will still feel it but instead of your hand just randomly going numb the dream explains it in another way, like it getting cut off.
