Trying to wake up but could not..

ok so I was dreaming , it was night, then figured out it was a dream, I saw 3 spining lights in the sky and I absorbed them through my arm, then I dont know what happened but 1 second I opened my eyes and saw my room and another second I was in my dream, and I went between this for a couple of times, IT felt if I was half in my dream and half in reality, it was so wierd, I COULD have sworn that was my room that I was in. Because I looked at the clock and it didnt change , it was so clear.

It sounds like you experienced "false awakenings".

The next time you have this experience, I would try performing 2 different reality checks.. chances are you're still dreaming.

but the funny thing is I was trying to break away from the dream, like I would blink and I would be in the dream , next time I blinked I was in the real world (or so I thought). at 1 point I got scared because I couldnt break away, dont know why.

If you want to wake up from a dream, but can't get out. Try rolling your eyes up in the back of your head really hard. I don't know if this is dangerous or not, but works for me. :p

If you really want to get out of a dream, just violently nod your head...(I guess that's the best way to put it)...

It always worked for me as a little kid, before I realized what LD's were...I would actually wake myself up from dreams...

So, yeah, throw your head down then snap it back up, (like someone hit you in the back of your head with a sledgehammer)...

Jump off a cliff, or kill yourself. Usually either wakes me up or gives me a false awakening. Or I survive and just keep walking along as per normal.

Just closing my eyes works for me.

Once, I was lucid and kissing a girl. In waking life I close my eyes while kissing, so I did, and I woke. Wasn't exactly happy about that. :p
How I discover what my dreams are about

In my last lucid dream I made pink sparks between my palms. I was trying to make a white ball of energy...

You were probably flicking back and forth between SLEEP PARALYSIS and your dream, which is why you couldn't move. That doesn't sound like a False awakening to me, a false awakening is where you think you wake up but you don't really, you say that you were aware of the flicking back and forth so it couldn't have been FA.
