First time poster- Need help with dream

This is my first time on this website. I had the strangest dream last night and it has been bothering me all day. I feel like I am still in it.

I dreamed that my husband was rescuing someone from the water and ended up drowning. I was very upset that he died. But that's not the strange part. I went running to my ex-fiance from over 6 years ago (who was my first and only true love before my husband). I actually had a date with him the next day and we were making out in the car. The day after my husband drowned! And it was so comforting to be with him.

I have been so disturbed by this all day that I have been trying to find him through various internet searches for about 2 hours. The closest I have come is finding his dad's phone number, but he and his dad never got along. I would really like to get in touch with him but don't know if I should. It has been so long. And I've been married for 3 years. What should I do?

Has anybody had a similar dream?

Do you love your husband and are happily married?

I love my husband. We have had our rough times but are doing much better now. We recently completed marriage counseling through our church and really learned to communicate with each other.
We did get into an argument about housework last night before bed. Maybe that had something to do with it.
