I reaaly wouldn't worry over this. Most people cite 1 hour as being an "optimal" amount of time to stay up before resuming sleep. You want your consious awareness to re-manifest itself fully. |

I'm hardly trying any methods, but I think my mind is stuck on lucid dreaming. I go to bed around 10 or 11, then wake up in the very early morning very tired, go to the bathroom, and try to go back to sleep. But the hard part is... it's taking me like an hour to get back to sleep. This is coming from a person who never used to wake up at all during the night during normal sleep. |

How long to do you sleep for, before you get up, and are your sleeping patterns stabile? |
