Well, they do affect your dreams. We've all had the experience of sleeping with the TV on, and dreaming about Kramer. Then when we wake up, Seinfeld is on. I'm sure the same is true with music. |

Has anyone had any success with using music to help induce a particular dream setting, etc.? For example using one of those Nature Sounds CDs with sounds of things you'd hear at the beach to put you there in yur sleep. I haven't tried it yet myself but I'm just curious what other peoples' experiences are with this... |

I usually watch supernatural stuff (Movies ect..) during the night before bed. Somehow these things appear in my dreams and I just notice them most of the time lol like ending up flying, mosnters ect. Music like: the relaxing beach type ambient, helps me fall asleep faster. |

That just gave me a good idea! You could do a reality check every time you hear music during the day, and then play music at night. Hopefully the music will carry over into your dreams, and you'll do a reality check! |
