I own a casino in Las Vegas, and unfortunately, a few weeks ago it has been robbed by a gang of horrible, nasty (baddy!) criminals. There were at least 10 or them, if not more. They are led by two men, both quite young.
One has blackish hair with tinges of grey, and a deep tan. The other has sandy blonde hair and smiles all the time. They are very dangerous, hardened criminals, so follow them carefully - they may spot you otherwise. I hope you know what you're doing.
I am only concerned about these two front men. I don't care about the rest of their gang, but please, take these two down.
I am afraid we do not know the names of the two men involved, but we have information that tells us that they will be at a café in Las Vegas called Carla's Coffee, meeting a business associate at 10am tomorrow. This will be your chance. The square on which the café is situated will be crowded, and you can easily get away. The Government at one point was secretly working with The Syndicate to get discount weapons. However, since the leak occured, Rico Yamamoto, the former boss of The Syndicate mysteriously dissapeared, and Cooper was appointed as his replacement. Since Cooper's appointment, The Syndicate's cooperation with the federal government and NK operatives in particular has greatly diminished.

Intelligence
We have reason to believe that Cooper is plotting to strike against the CIA's NK branch. Being that he is a former agent, he already knows many of our tactics and secrets. We have changed all possible information, but it will be difficult to stop a former NK agent from attaining this information again.

Mission
We have intercepted transmissions from Cooper himself to an annonymous weapons customer in Amsterdam. We do not know the true identity of this customer, only that he is called "The Elder" by his minions. Although his dealings are illegal, your mission has nothing to do with The Elder.

Your primary objective is to terminate former NK-3 Torrean Cooper and his team during his weapons transaction in Amsterdam. This is a covert operation. Former agent NK-3 will suspect a trap, thus making your mission all the more difficult, and critical that you remain out of sight at all times. We do NOT have a man on the inside, as Cooper would expect this, so you'll just have to take a clean shot when you get it.
