Is there a tutorial on the subject someone could link? I think I remember hearing about how you can pretend waking life is a dream and it helps with LD. Anyway, I was trying it yesterday when I was walking around town and it is a lot of fun. I kept trying to fly and change the colors of buildings and pretending I made all the people appear on the sidewalk. Made me much happier and got rid of some of my anxiety. I think it is an interesting philosophy to not take things so seriously and I was hoping someone had more information on it. |
