2 Strange Lucids in 2 days

Ok, so last night I finally got back to being lucid after two very disturbed nights. In the dreams, I was aware, but I couldn't control the dream. I was aware because to be honest, the real world doesn't have static like when you're tuning a TV. This is exactly what the dreams were, like a TV was being tuned, and I caught fragments of a dream, but couldn't do anything to make it more lucid or controlled.

Have been experimenting with Pumpkin seeds for the Seratonin / Melatonin and and also St John's Wort.

Any ideas about these rather bizarre dreams?

Dreams are just weird things. I've never had any quite like that. I clicked on your topic because recently I had a lucid dream 2 straight nights after a dry spell. Seems like you get one and then it's on your mind and you have a better chance of getting another. There are just some Lds where you won't be able to do anything.

You could say its like fishing. The pros catch more and they are mostly larger but they still catch lots of small and medium fish too.

PS: I like pumpkin seeds (well actually I don't but I still eat them)

How long did the dreams last for? Were they long dreams in which you knew you were dreaming? Or did you realise then wake up?

Same as always, aware I was dreaming the moment I started dreaming but unlike normal, I was unable to do anything. My real life and my dream life are so polar from each other it's not hard to tell when I am dreaming! I am now back to normal LDs, 2 in 2 days, one was slightly odd but I was able to do things in it. The second one was highly lucid, the whole dream was created by me via suggestion before I went to sleep, so I guess I am back on form.
