I really need some help with DEILD

Seriously, every time I try to DEILD I roll over. I can't help it. It should be so easy to wake up and not move, but I can't. I haven't had an LD in almost a month now. I know this post is just like all the others where everyone's asking for help, but I really need suggestions. For any of you who have done DEILD, how did you train yourself to wake up in the night and not move? (and dont suggest the brain bullet because that doesn't do any good for me) Did you do anything besides just... doing it? Any techniques to go along with DEILD?

Brain bullet? As in "I will stay still when I wake up" over and over as you go to sleep? Because that would be my first suggestion.
I've never tried DEILD, but one way to force yourself to not move would be to put something on your sides, like two books. You're much less likely to move if there is something in the way.

It is impossible to live in the past, difficult to live in the present and a waste to live in the future.

You dont have to stay still do you? Rolling over still works for me. I just keep my eyes shut the whole time and dont move again after I roll over. SP kicks in again in like 2-3 minutes, very shortly. Then take it from there...
