Most of you probably know this, but I'll post it anyways because there might be some newbs that are scared of SP like I was until last night (I had a frightening experience with sleep paralisis as a kid). I read somewhere on the internet a technique for getting out of SP easily, which I tried last night. It worked wonders and from now on I'll try WILD more readily. |

"Why are you explaining to me how your lucid dream works? I'm just a figment of your imagination." -Smart ass DC
LD Tasks:
-> Have MILDs at will
-> Ask my subconcsious mind something deep (i.e. the meaning of life)
-> Have a fight controlling bullet-time
-> Call my cell phone and ask the DC who he is

Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
Sig's are for losers
I just try and move my body untill i drift out of SP |

I just realise it is only SP and 'roll out' of my body and become lucid |

All I do is after the initial panic that you cannot move to save your life, just think, actually it is only SP and you are not in a coma, then think that you are technically asleep, and then roll your astral body out of your actual body! Works like a charm, I usually find myself fall out onto my floor besides my bed and in a lucid dream. |

wait, why would you want to get out of sleep paraylisis unless you wanted to get out into a lucid dream. I dont understand peoples fear of it, I find it quite fun. but if you did want to get out just try and move until you do. |
