Most of you probably know this, but I'll post it anyways because there might be some newbs that are scared of SP like I was until last night (I had a frightening experience with sleep paralisis as a kid). I read somewhere on the internet a technique for getting out of SP easily, which I tried last night. It worked wonders and from now on I'll try WILD more readily.

You basically start moving your face muscles as fast as you can and hopefully control over the rest of your body will come back to you shortly.
