Is flying in non-lucid dreams the same as in lucid dreams? Like, if you remember exactly what you did in the non-lucid dream is that the way you could easily fly in a lucid dream?Because in one of my dreams I just seemed to float up even with a small hop..and in one of my recent ones I just ran a few feet then jumped and I was airborne! xD..It really is fun, even in non-lucid dreams.
