well you see last night i was watching a commercial while watching tv and then i came upon this commercial that said if you eat bananas it provide extra energy for quite a while. So i thought, would it provide extra brain power if i eat a banana and went to sleep. My theory was that if i eat a banana and go to sleep, the banana will provide extra brain power for better LDs dream and better dream recall. So i ate 2 bananas and went to sleep.
the next morning i woke up and was able to clearly remember the whole dream! which normally took 10 minutes for me to remember sometimes less.
So bananas does help, that mean if i eat more bananas like say 7 i could control my whole dream and recall them.
Am going to try this again tonight to see if my theory is correct, oh and if anyone try this, please post in the result.
