I was about 3 hours out. I became lucid about 8am.

Think of it this way: all of those nights you didn't have an LD, you're owed one. Which means you're owed a lot of LDs!

I becomen lucid last night and it lasted about 20 mins but i didn't recall my goal until the end of the lucid which lead to anxiety of waking waking up which lead to me waking up.

I knew my subconcious wasn't a bastard. didn't last long. I gotta work on stabalizing now that I'm fairly good at entering them.

I can't believe it, my technique failed me last night.

I am pretty sure i know why though. I went to bed really late so when i got up for my wbtb it was light outside so when i went back to bed it took me ages to get back to sleep.

I am still shocked though, this technique isn't flawless after all which i was kinda hoping. This technique has alot of making up to do tonight!

It is amazing how many opportubities i had last night though to become lucid.I questioned my state at least four times last night, i think it was just one of those nights.
