Thread: Returning to LD's

Hello

I have been here before, this very website, when i read about Lucid Dreaming for the first time 3 years ago. I read all the information on the main page and that very night had the mjost vivid dream that i have had for a long time. I saw this as a sign and it spurred me on to continue my lucid journey and sure enough i had some great LD's!

Then i lost track, stopped thinking about lucid dreaming and of course, they dried up. Now i really want to return to the fantastic dreamworld which i loved so much.

So has anyone else had a long break then decided to return to LD's? Any pointers on how i can regain my dream conciousness?
